SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free shipping costs for purchases equal to or greater than €49.
For orders of a lower amount, the standard shipping costs of €5.75 apply.
-CEUTA / MELILLA / CANARY ISLANDS
In the case of Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and Andorra, the standard shipping rate is €20.
Orders within the European Union are delivered between 24/48 business hours from the order shipment confirmation. The standard shipping rate is €15,99
Orders will be delivered within an approximate period of 24/48 hours on working days from order confirmation. This period may be longer during sales periods, Black Friday or specific promotions.
If you place an order on Friday or the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on national holidays.
Although we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, El Capricho is not responsible for
conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
As soon as we pack your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online.
When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and, the next day, DHL or MRW will give you the delivery details. If you have an El Capricho account, you can access it and check 'My orders' to find out the current status of your order ("Prepared" means that it has already left the warehouse and that it will be delivered to you in the next 24/48 hours).
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. In case you did not receive it, we recommend you check the Spam folder of your email in case it got there. If you can't find it either, contact us by email email@example.com
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Returns / exchanges are not accepted on cosmetic and perfumery products.
Returns / changes in the rest of the categories are FREE, as long as the reason for the return is an error on the part of El Capricho (Maximum return period 14 days)
STEP 1- Make sure all products are returned as new, unused and with tags
STEP 2 - Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the reasons for the return and we will send you a label that you will have to print and stick on the return package.
STEP 3 - Once the previous steps have been completed, the courier company will pick up the order within 24H - 48H working days.
STEP 5 - Once we receive your return at our logistics center, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the refund. The processing time for a return/refund is approximately 3-4 business days. This period may be longer at Christmas or times of sales/promotions.
